At FITUEYES, we stand behind the quality of our home furniture and floor TV stands. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
